Ryan has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company since July 2019. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2019, Ryan served as President, Retail at Party City Holdings. From 2012 to 2016, he served as President, Grocery and Drugstore at Sears Holdings Corporation. Ryan served as Executive Vice President, Chief Merchandising and Marketing Officer at OfficeMax from 2005 to 2011 and served in other roles at OfficeMax from 1994 to 2005. Ryan holds a BS BBA in Finance from St. Bonaventure University and an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

Chris is Claire’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Claire’s in October 2023, Chris served in a short-term role as president at Parade, Inc., an early-stage lingerie and lifestyle apparel retailer, in the spring of 2023. Chris served as chief operating officer for Bath & Body Works, Inc. from September 2020 to August 2022. Prior to that role, Chris held a variety of leadership roles within Bath & Body Works corporate and brand management, including executive vice president and general manager for Bath & Body Works Direct (the ecommerce business unit of Bath & Body Works), executive vice president, merchandise planning & allocation and customer marketing insights, and senior vice president and chief financial officer. Chris joined Bath & Body Works in 2005 when it was part of L Brands, having previously joined L Brands in 2001. Prior to joining L Brands, Chris worked in financial management roles with IBM after starting his career with Accenture (Andersen Consulting) in systems integration consulting. Chris holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University.

Nathan joined Claire’s in March 2023 as Chief Supply Chain Officer of the Company. Nathan most recently served as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Tecovas. Prior to this, he held numerous roles of increasing responsibility at Aldo Group, including Senior Vice President, Supply Chain & Operations; General Manager, Asia-Pacific and General Manager, Sourcing China. Earlier in his career, Nathan held consulting roles at Katzenbach Partners and Kurt Salmon Associates. Nathan holds an MBA from the University of California Berkeley Haas School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Richard has served as President, Europe of the Company since August 2021. Prior to this, he was at HEMA, serving as Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Board member from 2016 to 2021. Prior to HEMA, he was at Nike, serving as Vice President – Direct to Consumer from 2010 to 2016. Richard previously held positions at Marks & Spencer. He received a BA in English and Philosophy from the University of Manchester and has completed further leadership executive courses at INSEAD and Duke University.

Rohit has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer of the Company since September 2022. Prior to this, he was at Starbucks serving as Vice President for Retail Technology from 2018 to 2022. Before joining Starbucks, Rohit was with Yum! Brands for 24 years and served in technology leadership roles across U.S. and international divisions, including Chief Information Officer of the Pizza Hut U.S. division. Rohit received a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University and a Master’s in Computer Applications from Institute of Management Technology–Ghaziabad, India.

Claudia serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer managing Claire’s international merchandising, sourcing and design strategy as well as its piercing business. Prior to joining Claire’s in June 2023, Claudia was Senior Vice President of Global Merchandising and Strategic Partnerships at The Children’s Place. Before joining The Children’s Place in 2014, she held roles of increasing responsibility in merchandising and product design at Destination Maternity, Zara, Camuto Group, Ralph Lauren and Fifth & Pacific Companies. Claudia holds her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from New York University and her SIPA Master of Business Administration from Columbia University.

Brendan has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the Company since January 2020. Prior to this, he was at Essendant Inc., serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer from 2017 to 2019, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary from 2013 to 2017 and Assistant General Counsel from 2003 to 2013. He previously held positions at Sears and in private practice. He received his BA in History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and JD from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Kristin has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer of the Company since March 2021. She also has commercial responsibility for our Global E-Commerce Business. Prior to this, Kristin served as the interim Chief Marketing Officer of Torrid from 2019 to 2021. Prior to Torrid, she was at PepsiCo, serving as Global Chief Marketing Officer from 2015 to 2019 and the first ever Global Chief Marketing Officer, Pepsi Brand from 2013 to 2015. She previously held positions at Playboy Enterprises, William Morris Endeavor, GAP, Liz Claiborne, NBC Universal, Calvin Klein, The Walt Disney Company and Revlon. Kristin holds an MBA in Business from Emerson College.

Tina has been Executive Vice President, Retail since February 2024. She joined Claire’s as a store manager in 1988, and she held every Claire’s field role in North America before being promoted to Senior Vice President, European Retail, in 2019.

Jim has served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer of the Company since October 2023. Previously, Jim served as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at Party City from 2014 to 2023. Jim was the Chief Learning Officer at Sleepy’s from 2010-2014 and the Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness for Saks Fifth Avenue from 2005-2008. Previous experience includes Human Resources and operating experience for Lord & Taylor, a division of the May Department Stores company. Jim earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from New York University.

Bill has served as Senior Vice President, Consumer Products Group of the Company since October 2019. Prior to this he was at AIA Corporation serving as Vice President of Marketing and Customer Insights from 2017 to 2019. Bill previously held positions at several consumer and retail companies including Nebraska Book Company, OfficeMax and Henkel Consumer Adhesives. Bill received a BS in Advertising from Kent State University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame – Mendoza College of Business.
