Our senior management team has extensive retail experience and complementary expertise across a broad range of disciplines including merchandising, supply chain, real estate, e-commerce and finance. In total, our senior management team consists of nine members with over 180 years of collective experience in the retail sector.
Chris Cramer
Chris has served as Claire’s interim Chief Executive Officer since June 2024 and as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer since joining the Company in October 2023. Prior to Claire’s, Chris served in a short-term role as president at Parade, Inc., an early-stage lingerie and lifestyle apparel retailer, in the spring of 2023. Chris served as chief operating officer for Bath & Body Works, Inc. from September 2020 to August 2022. Prior to that role, Chris held a variety of leadership roles within Bath & Body Works corporate and brand management, including executive vice president and general manager for Bath & Body Works Direct (the ecommerce business unit of Bath & Body Works), executive vice president, merchandise planning & allocation and customer marketing insights, and senior vice president and chief financial officer. Chris joined Bath & Body Works in 2005 when it was part of L Brands, having previously joined L Brands in 2001. Prior to joining L Brands, Chris worked in financial management roles with IBM after starting his career with Accenture (Andersen Consulting) in systems integration consulting. Chris holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University.
Richard Flint
Richard has served as President, Europe of the Company since August 2021. Prior to this, he was at HEMA, serving as Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Board member from 2016 to 2021. Prior to HEMA, he was at Nike, serving as Vice President – Direct to Consumer from 2010 to 2016. Richard previously held positions at Marks & Spencer. He received a BA in English and Philosophy from the University of Manchester and has completed further leadership executive courses at INSEAD and Duke University.
Rohit Kapoor
Rohit has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer of the Company since September 2022. Prior to this, he was at Starbucks serving as Vice President for Retail Technology from 2018 to 2022. Before joining Starbucks, Rohit was with Yum! Brands for 24 years and served in technology leadership roles across U.S. and international divisions, including Chief Information Officer of the Pizza Hut U.S. division. Rohit received a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University and a Master’s in Computer Applications from Institute of Management Technology–Ghaziabad, India.
Brendan McKeough
Brendan has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the Company since January 2020. Prior to this, he was at Essendant Inc., serving as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer from 2017 to 2019, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary from 2013 to 2017 and Assistant General Counsel from 2003 to 2013. He previously held positions at Sears and in private practice. He received his BA in History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and JD from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Tina Peroni
Tina has been Executive Vice President, Retail since February 2024. She joined Claire’s as a store manager in 1988, and she held every Claire’s field role in North America before being promoted to Senior Vice President, European Retail, in 2019.
George Arenschield
George has served as Clarie’s Executive Vice President of Merchandise Planning & Allocation, Logistics and Procurement since July 2024. Prior to joining Claire’s, George served as Executive Vice President of Merchandise Planning and Allocation at Bath & Body Works from 2020-2023. Prior to that role, George held a variety of leadership roles at Bath & Body Works in functions such as Merchandise Planning & Allocation, Finance and ecommerce. George joined Bath & Body Works in 2008 after starting his career at Victoria’s Secret in 1994 when it was still part of L Brands. At Victoria’s Secret, George held leadership roles in Merchandise Planning & Allocation, Sourcing and project management. George holds a BSBA from Ohio State University.
Suzie Stoddard
Suzie has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company since April 2021. Prior to Claire’s, Suzie served for six years as Vice President, Finance Transformation at Ascena Retail Inc. (the former parent company of Justice, Lane Bryant, Ann Taylor and Loft) Suzie joined Justice in March 2009, serving for five years as Vice President, Corporate Controller prior to Justice’s merger with Dress Barn Inc. and the subsequent creation of Ascena Retail Group. Prior to joining Justice, Suzie worked at Nationwide Financial Services and Cardinal Health in a variety of leadership roles across finance, accounting, treasury and investor relations. Suzie started her career in Public Accounting and holds a BA in Finance and Accounting from Muskingum University and is a CPA.
Alisha Chadha
Alisha has served as the Executive Vice President of Global Merchandising, Product Development and Design since June 2024, after holding several leadership roles across the organization within Merchandising since 2022. Prior to her career at Claire’s, Alisha worked across multiple divisions at Ralph Lauren from 2016-2022, serving as the Senior Buying & Merchandising Director for WSW Polo EMEA for several years. Alisha previously held multiple positions at Uban Outfitters in Europe. She received a Bachelor of Science, Business Management and Economics from Cardiff University.
